Review of Chasing Mavericks (2012) by Geary W — 01 Nov 2012

I really liked the movie and the story. It's a true story with an inspirational "follow your dreams" over tone and it does have some pretty sucky tragedy involved like most real life has to be sure.

However, for me, a surf artist (painter, not rider) this is one of the best cinematographic movies illustrating the true power of huge waves I've ever seen.
