It probably isn't fair, but after being sorely disappointed in Soul Surfer, I really wasn't looking forward to this movie. But this one delves much deeper than Soul Surfer could have dreamed, and the acting is phenomenal.
This is one of the best roles I've seen Gerard Butler in to date. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this film was.
