Review of Chasing Amy (1997) by Arturo D — 29 Aug 2009
Light on comedy, heavy on melodrama, and with an awkwardly insane ending. Though most of the cast is enjoyable to watch, exuding real heart and emotion, Joey Lauren Adams is painful to listen to. Kevin Smith has a nice point of view here, but it's crushed under the weight of Holden's odd response.
