If there had been a negative rate I would have chosen MINUS 5 stars! Absolutely the worst war movie I've seen so far and I've seen quite a few now.
The film is predictable because I know already from the beginning that "her" pilot would turn up alive and that she would fall in love with Julien. The movie did not touch me because it has a happy end, and that is not quite as I imagine the Second World War. The makers tried to bring tears in my eyes but they did not at all succeed.
Only the beautiful nature scenes were worth a look.
Apart from that...
