Weird movie. The story makes absolutely no sense and the acting is just plain bad. I was confused about everything from the zombies to the apocalypse and the entire cell phone concept. I'm not sure what the movie was hoping to achieve but it definitely didn't get there as Cell is a terrible waste of time.
