Review of Cat People (1942) by Andrew U — 27 Jan 2009
With a tight script and a masterful direction that use suggestion as a tool to create fear (the swimming pool scene is worth the entry alone), Cat People is a great movie that could be viewed as an allegory of the rise of feminism and sexual tension.
Still wonderfull today.
