It's weird seeing Michael J Fox in Vietnam... I'd never heard of this film before. An effective anti-war film in the same vein as Platoon and Full Metal Jacket, but somehow less engaging. Strong performances all round - especially from the poor Vietnamese girl (Thuy Thu Le) and the idiocy of John C Reilly's character.
