Review of Casshern (2004) by Derrick R — 28 Nov 2007

This was an awesome movie, I heard about it a little while ago, just like other Japanese movies ive heard of and eventually seen this is one that finally found its way in a common store. Though I still want to find the original cut of this movie as the Region 1 dvd as I hear it is cut slightly.

But at current this movie was awesome, filmed entirely on green screen, only a few movies have done this well. Glad to see the Japanese live action movies are starting to look as good as Hollywood ones.

Just these have more or less better stories, well least more appealing to me :) But I say anyone should give this movie a try, unlike some Japanese films I know some might not be able to handle this is just an awesome movie.
