Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Kurt Y — 06 Oct 2008
This was a near little horror film that seems to be nearly forgotten today. Still, despite it's low budget the movie has a great atmosphere set off by a wonderfully haunting score with some great camera work.
The movie does a good job of turning the ordinary into something terrifying. Worth seeking for those who can appreciate b-movie gems.
