Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Sephira M — 10 Apr 2009
Engaging. Black and white films got their charm, though it is not as horrifying to my standards, it's an engaging tale. But I prefer Nosteratu (1920s version) , the Goem and The Cabinet of Doctor Carigali better.
The ghost man is scary though.Love the pipe organs! and the original organ score. Hauntingly pretty film, I think.
