Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Casey R — 11 May 2009

One of the cheesiest most awesome horror movies EVER MADE. Seeing Hilligoss go absolutely insane was hilarious. You've got to listen for the sound of her shoes, you can't really miss it, but you can really tell that they actually had a guy with a pair of shoes in his hands under a microphone. Truly a fun flick. I also appreciate its simplicity:

Is the guy chasing me out of this garage onto a bus full of pale paced passengers? Wait! No. I slept through the rehall to my transmission whilst hoisted in the air, having refused to exit the car for the duration of the repair.
