I love how dark the story is, especially for the '60s. It's just a girl being chased by phantoms that no one else sees and for no reason. The ending is just as dark and eerie. I found the undead characters to be incredibly creepy and the main phantom to be very disturbing.
Overall it's a very nightmare-ish film.
