Review of Carnage (2011) by Michelle W — 09 Dec 2012

Carnage is based on a play entitled God of Carnage. The film has a stellar cast and it is interesting to watch the four protagonists' true personalities manifest. The film is only 80 minutes, but a half hour into the film and I was bored. Back and forth squabbling does not intrigue or entertain me. I found myself interested in getting to "the end" of the film though...so I kept the DVD on and simultaneously did laundry and some other small household tasks.

Carnage has excellent acting, but overall, it quickly lost interest. I think Carnage would make for an interesting short story though.
