Using the two most celebrated ingredient in many romantic comedies, love and friendship, the Caramel squeezed itself out as one of the most romantic movies of the year.
Set in the hot city of Beirut, Caramel might have reminded me of Steel Magnolias, but still I find Labaki's is believable and touching.
