Review of Captain Corelli's Mandolin (2001) by Hrant B — 28 Jul 2013

I didn't get this movie, the script was weak and the acting was off. Let's see Cage plays an Italian soldier, who is more of an American. Cruz plays a Greek but sounds Portuguese, then there is Bale, he was better suited in his character than the other two main characters.

Other than the beautiful music this movie was not very well made. There was no on screen chemistry between Cruz and Cage. Don't waste your time with this movie.
