Review of Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) by Brad Y — 30 Mar 2014
In my opinion outside of the two Avengers movies the Captain America movies are the next best thing when it comes to the Marvel universe. Its hard for to say this but out of the Captain America movies this is the weakest one and the truth is Captain America the First Avenger is a great comic book movie.
This movie has everything you can ask for I mean who dosen't like a plot where the little guy who wants to do his part to save the world finally gets his chance after being turned down over and over again.
The acting is great Chris Evans makes you believe that he really is Cap. The way they were able to recapture the 1940's and world war 2 was amazing. I dare to actually call it a feel good movie even though by the end of the movie Cap is frozen in time and his best friend Bucky Barnes goes missing aswell.
good movie but then again all Captain America movies are good and worth checking it out I was glad I rewatched this movie while getting ready for Infinity wars.
