Review of Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) by Shaun B — 27 Nov 2018
He's the Spark Spangled Man with a plan. Joe Johnston directs the origin of the Captain with a great cast which Includes Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Hayley Atwell, Tommy Lee Jones and Stanley Tucci. This isn't one of the best MCU movies made but it really captures the Captain's origin story. Steve Rogers, a rejected military soldier transforms into Captain America after taking a dose of a "Super-Soldier serum". But being Captain America comes at a price as he attempts to take down a war monger and a terrorist organization.
This films has great action scenes, great costume designs, brilliant SFX and a well developed score which made it more entertaining.
I would recommend this movie to Captain America fans.
