Review of Can't Buy Me Love (1987) by James R — 23 Mar 2009
A guy in the nerd clique dreams of the most popular girl in school and one day gets his chance. He offers her 1000 bucks to pretend she is dating him for a month. He becomes very popular and when the month is over is head of the "in" group.
...but problems soon arise....good movie about how you cant buy friends, and cant pretend to be somebody else sooner or later the real you will surface. Also shows how superficial people can be. This is a typical 80's flick, and its pretty outdated but better than most of them.
