Review of Candyman (1992) by Jericho A — 31 May 2010
Virginia Madesn is creepy as hell here. Sure, Tony Todd plays the titular horror icon, and he's excellent, but it's Madsen that carries most of it, and how! She sells every aspect of the movie, and in a movie with this good of a script, and some of the best camera moves in any modern horror film, that says a lot.
