Whichever way you look at it, this is a sick sick film. Unlike most modern horror films it doesn't rely on the whole making you jump thing, but its the most disturbing, frightening film I've seen in a long time..maybe because its so believable. It starts off very slowly, and lets face it, it feels like a 1970's slasher movie, but give it time. My heart was racing through most of this, and the ambiguous ending had me reeling! I'll be thinking about this one for a long time.
Oh yeah, its well worth checking out the short film in the special features on the DVD..if anything its even more disgusting.
