Review of Call Me by Your Name (2017) by Mike V — 24 Aug 2018

This movie has impacted me so much, the movie was so profound for me. The story, the layers in the actors performances was just so captivating it draws you in and makes you feel apart of this amazing coming of age story.

It opened a wound inside me that made me feel these feelings that I hid deep down for being ashamed of liking men at the time, mostly because I was conditioned by my extremely religious parent. I cried so hard like if I had lost a loved one and Yes the movie was very impactful/deep but who knew the reason it hurt so much was me seeing through a mirror how I was feeling through this film.

Definitely a 10/10 would recommend from me!
