Review of Caligula (1979) by Bryce S — 07 Jul 2012
Great film can only be unappreciated by prudes who can't see that the blood and the sex personify the insanity of the man not simply for the sake of blood and sex. Caligula was a truly insane man who made a horse a general and indulged in homosexual and insestual behavior and can only be portrayed as such.
