Review of Cairo Time (2009) by Ttt.farhad T — 09 Aug 2010
More a travelogue than a love story this is one of those films that make me want to jump on a plane and travel. It made me want to bask in the sun amidst Cairo's pyramids, explore the spice and textile shops in the market, have Egyptian coffee and ride a camel.
The chemistry between Clarkson and Siddig is tentative, and rightfully so. I felt they could have ended the film without the last 5 minutes and it would have made it almost perfect.
