Enjoyably silly suspense thriller that features Karen Black and Oliver Reed moving into a house for their summer vacation, and finding out,.. yes, that THE HOUSE IS POSSESSED. It's sort of fun of course watching Black and Reed go crazy, and they've even thrown Bette Davis in there too (in her prime "I'll chew the curtains for my acting jobs" 1970's period.
Sure it's very much like Shining / Amytiville.. but those came out later! The last few minutes are just great, and you need to stick with it for that conclusion,.
