Review of Bullitt (1968) by Jay N — 02 Mar 2009
Steve McQueen is perfectly cast as an ultra cool cop, Jacqueline Bisset has a nothing part but she does what she can with it and is utterly breathtakingly beautiful. The justly famous car chase is great but what is so good about the movie is that it is supported by a good story, a rarity in modern films.
