Review of Bullets Over Broadway (1994) by Lady D — 27 Dec 2007
Woody Allen is often at his best when he does not act in his own film's, and especially when he gets in a co-writer on his scripts. He does both in this hilarious film about how difficult the creative process really is.
It just goes to show that we all sometimes have to compromise your vision in order to get something finished ... With sometimes surprising results. I wonder if Cheech is based on one of Woody's co-writers?
