Review of Bronson (2009) by Scott W — 26 Sep 2012
It is so hard to connect with someone who is clearly psychotic. My one glaring question is how did he released from the looney bin and receive documentation declaring him 'certified sane'? What did he do, a day of good behavior? His release seemed insane to me.
However, that's what made the story so engaging. How Tom Hardy's character manipulated and exploited the system through an artistic endeavor was interesting to me. Tom Hardy did a great job with the role.
Tom Hardy made the movie, and he made his character and his character's story appealing.
