What is this? I mean, altough Tom Hardy is fantastic, Bronson is just an awful movie, 90 minutes of pure bore. I didn't like it at all, it's a bizarre movie, it'asvery weird movie and I can consider it one of the most overrated movies of all time. I can't even imagine what this movie would have been without Hardy, well, I guess I wouldn't even watched it if Hardy didn't take the lead. Sow, Bronson is the defenition of 'bad', Bronson is a completely boring and weird movie. Here's what I have to say, Tom Hardy is amazing as the character that titles the movie and we can see that they were smart on making a movie about the real story about the most famous prisoner of Britain, they had the oppurtunity to make a great film but they focessed on their central character, who was the highlight of the movie and made everything rest be a piece of garbege. Bronson is a movie with no sense, its produtction was not pleasunt at all, the direction was acceptable, there was a few scenes that we can apreciate, the plot itself was actually great but this movie wasn't, the only great thing about Bronson was Tom, the only good thing about Bronson was Tom and the bad thing about this movie, was the whole movie. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's just simply an R-rated movie that proves that even with a great potential, everyone can screw it up. If I could describe it in a word, that word would be 'boring'. Bad movie.

Nicholas Winding Refn directed, I'm not going to lie that he did a good job, I admired his 'thrilling' technics like when he films a man with no sines of Bronson (Tom) in the picture and later he just gets attacked by him, he used that technic twice and I admired that, the rest was just meh. Tom Hardy was the heart of the movie, he was the soul of the movie, he was title of the movie. Tom brings us an amazing performance of a psychotic guy with a large quantity of unnapropriate and violence behavior, he was just fantastic and I'll never forget his amazing performance, it wasn't just his looks, like his baldness, his incredible moustache that makes him look like a tough guy, it was his talent, like his occasional smile and then all the certain he has a serious face, his voice, his sense of humor, he was just unforgettable and this movie wouldn't be nothing without him, what makes me think that I don't feel pity for Hardy taken this role, because this was a terrible movie, but still, I think it will always be great at its reputation, not only because his performance was terrific, also because he saved a movie from being a complete train wreck, wich already is, Tom is known from my eleventh favorite movie, wich is Inception, he is also known from This Means War, RocknRolla, Layer Cake, Warrior and some other movies. Sow, aside from the amazing from Tom's talent here, the rest of the cast was just meaningless. Terrific central performance.

In 1974, a 19 year old man named Michael Peterson (Tom Hardy) ends up in jail with a 7 year sentence by robbing a post office, who ends up spending 30 years in solitary confinement. During these long years of violence and prison replacing, Michael Peterson was now gone, Michael's personality was supplanted by another personality, Charles Bronson, his alter-ego. The Man. The Myth. The Celebrity.(What I thought about the plot) The plot was great, it's about the ups and downs of the amazing character Michael Peterson/Charles Bronson, a violence man who's constantly in jail, I just found the story great, a prisoned man who's falling love and changes interests pretty fast, mostly because of his personality change. The movie, as you can see, had the potential to be better, with a story like this, it was possible to make an amazing movie, but well, at least the story was admirable, so as its central character, wich I loved, a very violent man who loves music, painting, especially beating but what he does best is going to jail. What I admired about the plot-aside from the main character- was how all this started, a man just decided to robb a post office and all the certain he spends half of his life on jail by his horrifying behavior, I loved how he switched prison like he switched shirts and much more, overall, I loved the plot, but I didn't like the movie at all. Amazing plot.

Soundtrack, well, Bronson's sound edititng was great, I was pleased with this movie's score and makes me wonder again, this movie had the plot, the actor and even the soundtrack, but it just didn't work. The action was great, there was some true fight that just looked like a blood bath. I loved when Bronson sufocated a man, I loved his fights with men, wich were probably this movie's most entertaining thing adn there was some much more stronger things than that. The production was pretty bad, I mean, that's probably one of the reasons that made this movie be bad. The production made us feel unconfortable and I couldn't not notice that, there was poor sets and I think that by the time at the beginning where they show the city that Bronson lived in, they were just showing a picture, a bad picture. The only good set was the stage where Bronson was talking about his life to the big crowd, that was the satisying set that gave this movie a bit more sense, cause the rest was just terrible, this movie is very flawed, but especially at its production, you can try not to bother, but you just can't. But the production wasn't just bad on that aspect, on the other aspects it was also pretty bad, but you'll just understand what I'm taalking about if you watch the movie, wich I wish you don't. Sow, this movie had a great score, great action scenes, but it suffered from a very poor production and that's not normal so it makes me thing about the same again.

Besides all that, I am now going to tell you what I really thought about this movie. First of all, don't forget that it's highly overrated, cause Bronson is definitely a 'Must Not See'. I don't recommend it at all unless you just love amazing performances, cause Bronson is nothing more than a trainwreck. I mean, I say it again, it had the potential to be fantastic, it had the 2 most important things in the movie already checked from the list with great style, but, it suffered from being bad at some important aspects of a movie and they made it bizarre, odd and totally boring. I'm not those persons who doesn't like some movies but then turns out to like them just because of an amazing performance, cause if I were, I would give this movie a 5 out of 5, I actually think this was a trainwreck and altough it worked well on being an interesting biography, Bronson is nothing more, nothing less than a bad movie and I can't believe how some people liked it so much. Overall, Bronsom is a very bad movie and I don't recommend it to anyone, it does have a terrific central performance, an amazing plot, a great soundtrack and great and violent action scenes, but it has a terrible production and it's weird, odd, bizarre, whatever, but what surprases all of those things by quantity is how boring this film is. I don't recommend it to anyone, I congrat Tom but I don't want to congrat anyone who made this film exist. Bronson: 4.0/10. Bad.
