Quite an adventure, Tom Hardy gives an electric, mind-bending and utterly hilarious performance in order to convey Refn's vision of true human savagaery and insanity, and in trying to paint an accurate portrait of the real guy. Not to mention the only film from Refn that I've appreciated.
