Review of Broken Blossoms or The Yellow Man and the Girl (1919) by Jose P — 14 Feb 2008
Such a fantastic silent movie, and such a fantacy love story....Lucy, as the real princes in the movie has played her role so wesome and natural......there is always artistic stories hidden in very old or beginner movies, which we miss.
....I would recommend this movie to any one who has not seen it.......the graphics, the poetic style story telling, the cinimatic achivements were all so awarding.......however tragedy of loss of all the three main characters at the end make it alittle bizare as compaired to the later movies, but it cannot become an excuse to the movie's worth.
It really worth watching.
