Review of Brokeback Mountain (2005) by 3568 C — 10 Oct 2012
This gave me the wierdest boner. I'm just kidding, Brokeback Mountain is a movie that involves gay cowboys. sadly that is all the malls movie is nothing more but just a boring and dull romance. I never believed for a.
Second these two really loved each other. there was no emotional set up or any character building up to this. the worst part are the characters them self. they had no appeal and no personality. the good I can say is heath ledger's performance.
it was great. everyone else were just decent. I like also how this was such a controversial film and included the first romance between two men instead of the boring love story between man and woman. one last good thing in this movie was the cinematography.
it had some beautiful and great shots of the country. but other than that the movie has some real problem's. the story is so dumb. there are countless plot holes and it doesn't make sense. the ending was terrible! I have been upset by endings but when I say, wait its over? in class, there is a problem.
the movie had way to many time laps and we don't know when they are going to happen and during the time the characters look a bit different but not heath ledger he looks the same as he did in the beginning.
the.soundtrack was shot. the guitar plays over and over on a damn loop and never fucking stops! they change the music once but other than that it so annoying. this could have been so brilliant but it failed at everything I was looking forward to.
