Review of Bringing Out the Dead (1999) by Zachary A — 11 Sep 2007
This is the Scorcese film which touched me the most. I love the film's narration by Cage. Scorcese's films tend to leave me feeling drained. I can't really relate to the characters in many of his films, but this film contains some of his most memorable characterisations.
All the paramedics are brilliant. This and the Departed are for me, his best films.
