I was really surprised to learn that the writer attached to The Suicide Squad wrote this as I absolutely loathed that film. However, Bright was a fantastic blend of fantasy, action, allegory, and just good fun.
Though Edgerton's lines seemed a bit wooden and Father Knows Best, Will Smith's comedic timing was perfect. Loved it.
