The concept of taking a fantasy theme and meshing it in today's reality was interesting and pretty well executed. There are tons of underlying messages about racism and social hot topics, but the film does not not go out of it's way to shove it down your throat.
I think Will Smith cusses more in this movie than he has his entire career combined.
