Not as funny and outstandingly risible as Plan Nine From Outer Space, this is nonetheless one of the worst films I have ever seen.
Bela Lugosi is however essential viewing in this as a demented mad scientist out to create an 'atomic master-race'. Everyone else plays second fiddle to the master of horror.
The film, however will be disappointing for those hoping for another Plan 9 as its not nearly so inept.Recommended for Ed Wood fans only!
