Review of Bride of Frankenstein (1935) by Kent G — 23 Oct 2009
I'm working my way through the Universal horror classics. My series continues with this movie which I'd never seen before. It's quite deserving as a horror classic. One or two elements remain from the Shelley original (the blind man meeting Frankenstein). This was actually one of the best scenes in the movie.
Of course it's being remade like all these other films. The director who made "The Illusionist" is currently attached. It comes out in 2011. Maybe it will be shelved by then.
