I'm not sure why I watched it. I got half way though the book (after starting over numerous times) and got very bored, so why did I expect anything different from the film. At least now I know how the story ends, as the first half of the book isn't even in the film.
It was extremely dull and felt like it went on for an eternity. The only good thing about it was that there was some really nice imagery from when Nazneen is thinking back to her childhood in Bangladesh.
