This movie has the feel of a film made decades earlier in the golden age of film. Nuanced and uniquely paced, this film grabbed me right away. The day I rented it I drove right back to the video store and purchased it because I knew that it would be a film worth rewatching several times. It actually has gotten better to me since then!
The film takes place in a high school where a crime seems to have taken place. Much like the detectives of past noir films, our hero must deal with finding the truth while sorting out the 'dame' tracking through the underworld, all the while speaking an intoxicating dialogue. This film is a Must See.
