This movie is fantastic in every way, shape, and form. After waiting so long to see this movie, I was holding my hopes really high, but Brain Damage didn't disappoint in the least. Brian was the perfect tragic hero, and the end is effective and saddening.
Alymer is a magnificent villain, and he has many memorable scenes. The interesting cast of characters is one of the aspects that makes the movie so memorable. One of my favorite horror movies of all time; I loved every minute of it.
