Review of Boyz n the Hood (1991) by Adam B — 04 Feb 2011
Expected this to be just about gangs and drugs and killing, but it was much more than that. It definitely contained all of those elements, but carries a strong message about peace. I highly recommend this movie to anyone, you will be pleasantly surprised.
The cast does a great job overall, I was surprised that Ice Cube also did a good job, I liked his character a lot.
