Review of Boyz n the Hood (1991) by Alex V — 05 Apr 2017
One of my favorite black gangster movies from the 90's. Really good movie about living in a crime hell hole of Los Angeles. Cuba Gooding is good as the teenager who hates it there. My favorite scene is when one of the kids says, "Ya'll want to see a dead body?" similar to Stand By Me and its in the alley behind them.
. Ironic.
