Review of Bottle Rocket (1996) by Ken S — 25 Apr 2014
Wes Anderson's first film is a very funny, very quotable, entertaining (though sometimes mixed) film about a few guys who try to be criminals, but aren't very good at it. The Wilson brothers both do a good job in their respective roles, and the final heist at the end of the movie is just great fun.
The film was the first showcase of Anderson's style and work, and while he isn't for everyone, he is definitely for me.
