Wes Andersons first and least "wes andersony" film is one of my favorites. it shows he can completely make a great comedy film without his picture perfect story book trademarks. I loved the humor, and find it to be one of the most quotable Anderson films especially thanks to an outstanding performance from Owen Wilson.
This is a classic movie and I really have found that its humor is revealed more and more, layer by layer.
