Review of Born into Brothels: Calcutta's Red Light Kids (2004) by Marissa B — 12 Jun 2007
Moving in its tragedy, powerful in its simplicity. Its gripping because of the wisdom of these children, of their perception and creativity, of how they may never be able to reach any potential. The difficulty of their lives is heart-wrenching but poignant.
Very well done film.
