Review of BorderCross (2017) by Larry S — 25 Dec 2017
Lorenzo Lamas stars here as a veteran boxer getting his first shot at a title but the purses will go to charity. However, just before the bout his 14-year-old son is kidnapped and Lamas will soon learn he's been taken by a human trafficking ring.
Thus, the remainder of the movie will be his attempts to find and bring his son home. There's plenty of stilted dialogue and acting here, and if you're expecting to see a lot of Danny Trejo, he will only be in a few scenes in a backup role.
Overall, I would say this film is below B-movie quality and not worth your time.
