What a waste of good acting and good sets. What looked like it was going to be a good contemporary western (a rare breed), turned into a totally implausible campy, gory, perverse snuff piece. It a sad commentary on our culture that this.
Awful thing got an 88%. RT consensus says "..won't be for everyone". So who.
Is it for? Sadists? I thought is would involve the cannibal tribe of the southwest.
The Tonkaways, plenty scary, an interesting bit of history-but no the cannibals were Troglodytes, and thus the film descends in a gore fest for deviants-what crap.
