Highly unoriginal cop movie was a blockbuster in it's native Canada. But all I see is a movie that totally lifts from every other cop movie based around the Lethal Weapon/Bad Boys formula from the straitlaced professional to the invariably loose cannon, to the down and out psycho villain.
Movie totally borrows from every other cop movie I've seen before from the mismatched pair formula to the men going outside the authority to bring the bad guy down, to a dumb henchman.
