Now this is how a Canadian comedy should be handled, with a clear focus and few subplots. Bon Cop, Bad Cop is funny in French and English, examining and exploiting the tension of Canada as a bilingual nation.
Now if only Canadian filmmakers could leave hockey behind as a Canadianism. Alas, methinks I doth protest too much.
