Review of Body Heat (1981) by Atteli09 * — 01 Feb 2010
The film is about an affair between a woman named Matty Walker (KathleenTurner) and Lawyer Ned Racine (William Hurt). Kathleen Turner sizzles; is breathtaking and ensnares Racine into her seductive web and convinces him to kill her husband. Hurt was superb as just a horny dumb guy with a weakness for wild women. Ted Danson as a fellow colleague who eventually realizes what his lawyer friend has gotten himself into, and Richard Crenna is Turner's crooked husband.
This is a great entertaining sexy thriller and the twisting, complicated plot holds your attention until the final scene filled with double crosses, sexuality, and deception.
