Review of Boarding Gate (2007) by Justin L — 05 Jun 2008
A tedious, convoluted mess. Asia Argento is great eye candy as always and she's not a half bad actress either but she can't carry this film, especially when the rest of the cast (including Micheal Madsen) is pretty close to awful.
It's also clear that the director had no idea what type of film he was making, it drifts from dialogue driven drama to random scenes of espionage action and all of it seems rather pointless. The only saving grace at all here is the cinematography which is strangely really well done but in the end it doesn't add up to much.
